Finca D'Dago, Perú - Washed processed
Elegantly clean, bright, syrupy sweet, and complex. Notes of honey, apple cider, dark chocolate, orange zest.
Excellent as a Pourover
Finca D'Dago became a reference in the agricultural plantation of conservation and use of the soil in Peru. It mixes the planting of coffee with other cultures, using the same space and creating conditions for the preservation of the environment: it combines coffee, palm heart, fruits, herbs. It is a technique where different species are planted, next to each other, providing reciprocal advantages to each other in the same agricultural area as for example pest reduction.

About Biodynamic
Biodynamics surpasses organic agricultural practices by viewing the farm not simply as a place to avoid synthetic chemicals. Instead, agriculture is seen as a whole living organism whose health is a matter of balance, achieved through specific planting and harvest cycles that follow certain patterns, particularly celestial (especially lunar) movements. The result of this practice is a coffee with pure and intense flavor.Roasting & Delivery
