    Herbal-toned, dessert-like sweetness. Notes of fresh apple, raspberry and chocolate

     

    This oustanding microlot was grown using organic practices by producer Mery Avircata at her farm El Porvenir, in Kantutani Bolivia.  Kantutani is a very remote place also called “Peak of the Jaguar” for literal reasons! These coffee is an absolute stunner with an armonius blend of Red Catuaí, Yellow Icatu and Gesha plants.

     

    Producer, Mery is not stanger into the coffee industry.  She was raised on a coffee farm by her parents and is educated in agronomy.  She has managed multiple organic coffee and cacao farms and has served as a jury at the cup of excellence competitions in multiple occations.
