Elegantly complex, syrupy sweet with notes of butterscotch, chocolate, stone fruits, mild citrus flavors and spice.

 

Excellent as a Pourover, great as a Single Origin Espresso, and Aeropress.


This microlot is 100% PACAMARA variety.

 

La Josefina Estate

 

La Josefina is a farm owned by a couple, Ligia Merizalde and Leopoldo Andrade. The land is located within the Cayambe-Coca Natural Reserve, where there are around 3,500 individual species of animals and plants to be found.

 

PACAMARA Variety

A cross between Pacas and Maragogype developed by Instituto Salvadoreńo de Investigaciones del Café (ISIC).
