Peru’s lush highlands, remarkable microclimate makes a perfect landmark for growing outstanding micro-lots.   Here, at El Diamante, at his farm El Huyacan-La Palma, Antonio Regalado Diaz grows a remarkable lot consisting of Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica species.  This beautiful washed coffee is meticulously processed by Antonio.
