  • About Origin

    This Organic offering was sourced from Antonio Regalado Diaz’s farm El Huyacan - La Palma in El Diamante, San José De Lourdes, San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru. It is a mixed cultivar lot consisting of Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica. This lot was depulped within 24 hours after picking, and then fermented for 18 hours dry. It was then washed three times in fresh water to remove the mucilage, then dried on raised beds or in parabolic driers for about 15 days..

    All coffee purchases are roasted to order. Coffees are roasted Monday & Thursdays for Wednesday & Saturday delivery.
