Sweet, bright, and balanced profile with notes of cocoa, spice and dried citrus
FINCA EL PLACER
Owned by Daniel Mauricio Bolaños Zuniga, Finca El Placer is a captivating coffee plantation nestled at altitudes exceeding 1700 meters, making perfect conditions to grow this outstanding varietal.
CATURRA variety
A naturally occurring dwarf mutation of Bourbon that was discovered in Minas Gerais, Brazil (1915–1918) and later selected for cultivation (1937).
Huila Region
Located in southwestern Colombia, Huila is nestled in-between the Central and Eastern ranges of the Andes, with the middle area called the Magdalena Valley. The variation in elevation results in Huila being one of the country's most unique and complex regions of coffee production. Its terroir, climate, and harvest cycles all contribute to the quality of coffee produced here.
