Finca Las Senda, Guatemala - Natural PACHE variety

Lively with great fruitiness and vinous acidity.  Refreshing notes of cooked berries with hints of cacao

FINCA LA SENDA,  Acatenango, Guatemala

The 27-hectare farm was founded in 2017, and they immediately began experimenting with different processes and entering competitions such as the Cup of Excellence.  Maria Eugenia Escobar and her partner José Arnoldo Pérez own and operate Finca La Senda in the Acatenango coffee-growing region of Guatemala. Jose manages the land and harvest, and Maria manages processing.
